hotel yang sangat bagus dan lokasi yang strategis, kamar luas berdih dan nyaman, hotel kids friendly terdapat playground dan kids activities dengan harga affordable di tengah kota Jakarta, dekat ke PIM, sarapannya juga cukup bervariatif dan rasanya enak, semua staff ramah dan lobby nyaman, semoga next time bisa menginap di hotel ini lagi

Had a leaking on Main Bedroom in family deuxe suite,they came to fix,but the repaired wasnt working,resulted still leaking. We didnt call back since it distracted our family time because it took quite sometime to fix. Bathroom for the bath tub,still showed the dirties

Not our first time there. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Good location but do expect traffic during peak hours. Staff were all generally nice and welcoming except this time I had a slight issue with reception during check in. Both staff on duty, a gentleman and a lady, were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Ya'll can do better.

Secara keseluruhan untuk fasilitas sangat baik, kebersihan juga baik. Sayang untuk staff kebanyakan tidak ramah, saat sarapan piring langsung diambil tanpa tanga apakah sudah selesai. Satpam juga pilih2 untuk membukakan pintu lobby, termasuk staff2 yg lewat tidak menyapa.. sayang sekali untuk hotel bintang 4, staff nya kurang ramah. Dan untuk pesan makanan online cukup repot, karena driver harus memutar jauh dan berjalan jauh untuk mengantar makanan karna lokasi parkir motor yg berada di belakang gedung.
